Mark as well as the rest of the band were incredible, and hung out after the second show. Mark turned my guitarist friend and I, onto pickboy guitar picks. We also met the late-great Carl Albert!, and although the club was small the band still put on a great show. Carl also entertained himself that evening, by carrying on a "conversation" with a drunken patron. Anyhow to make a long story short I just want to say great job! No matter how young we are or how old music creats a picture better then paints on canvous. I was talking with this girl and I mentioned that I found this cool new band that was big and is still big it was one of your kids. She thought it was so cool I really liked your music. My god father at some point in the 50's wrote some big hit too. We tosed around light stories of the life of a rock star. Oh well out of respect I won't mention names. He and I were friends and classmates at Columbia Elementary and Sonora Union High School (both class of '79), and I used to like to hear him play his Flying V on the school bus and later when he was in Crossfire and Yukon in Sonora. We went different ways after high school, but never stopped being friends. I still visit his grave in Sonora's Catholic Cemetary whenever I go home for a visit.
